This is the worst bank I have ever visited. Generally, all citizens banks are not good at all. I hate it and I don't recommend at all!!

I've never had a major problem with this branch. While this is not the branch I usually go to, my experiences here have been pleasant.

Waited over hour and half to open a new account t and was told by two that she was waiting for a manger to come from around the corner for an approval overrid,waited over an hour,horrible customer service and no customer appreciation at all

Awesome Customer Service. Alot of people are just impatient. This branch is very busy but they always provide excellent service to me especially the Branch Manager Chavez Breakley
