Love citizens bank...but stay away from turtle creek location..Turtle creek is closer to me than monroeville location..but when I go to the drive thru it is ALWAYS CLOSED...doesn't matter if its 1pm on a Monday or 3 pm on a Friday..I have a kid which is hard for me to get in and out of the car..they have one teller and the line inside is sometimes 15 people deep...where my daughter looses her patience..I believe they should close this location!!
