The people that work at Woodforest are very knowledgeable and if you do have a problem they work with you to resolve it. They always seem to put the customer first. Great job guys!

I've had nothing but problems with this bank from day one. I opened up an account when I was working at the Wal-Mart but when I quit I kept it open until necessary. Was told I can't close it until the 6 month mark. Lady said she would put a note on it so there would be no overdrafts seeing as how I don't use the account. She said when it's time they would contact me....never did and guess what? I have an overdraft now. Why? And also the lady before was super rude and confusing. She told me that I would get charged a dollar for my paper statements but I've never gotten a paper statement just online. This place is garbage and I can't wait to give them a piece of my mind today.
