First National Bank in Tannersville, PA

I went there to cash a check that was drawn against one of their customers. $1600.00 I asked if I could cash it, the very old lady behind the counter said, we can't cash it if you don't have an account. ( real helpful ) Then I asked if his account had enough to cover the check? The answer was real vague. I think it was NO. So I traveled an hour to talk to a snobby cabby witch to get a vague answer. You make the choice.......

Went to open an account for my son that started his first job... well we stood in the foyer and there were no tellers to speak to, just one woman in her office that looked at us and continued her work without a word. Finally a teller shows up after 5 minutes. An older woman. I asked about setting up an account for my son and she gave him a dirty look and asked "uggh for him?" I told her he's 16 and just started his first job and I would like to set up a checking account. She looked completely annoyed at us. I told her, you know what we'll bring our business to another bank. We went down the road to citizens bank and they immediately set up a teen account and were helpful and welcoming the moment we walked in. We live right on fish hill Rd and thought this would be a convenient bank for him to go to but, the customer service was horrible.
