Stocker Subaru in State College, PA

If I could it would of been 0 stars. The sales lady helped us for about 5 minutes. Went away to see what they had. She came back with keys that she picked out for us. What happened to the customer picking out their car????? At first I thought the keys were for the other customer. No she handed them to my brother and said take this for a test drive. I said what is it, what year, make, model, how much is it? She didn't know everything at that time. Just a ball park of our price range. And said if it $5 or $5 million if you like it, you like it, if you don't, you don't. She shot me a dirty look and told my brother she wants to know what he likes about it ultimately it would be his car. Basically trying to get me to be quiet and not question anything. At this point I knew her game. I was willing to play for a little. The car sucked. When we came in from the test drive we were asked to have a seat. My husband was not interested in waiting. He happened to be heard by the mananger which helped for about five minutes. In that 5 minutes I could tell we were putting him out. At the sametime the saleslady was giving us nasty looks because we weren't messing around and waiting all night for her. When I asked him the price of the car he wanted to show us guess what he said...... if its $5 or $5 million if you like it, you like it, if you don't, you don't. Than was shown a car that was not cleaned because it was just brought in and had rust all over it.... Not the one they advertise online. Didn't even take it for a Test drive the engine even sounded horrible. I happened to ask the runner why don't any of the cars have prices? Guess what he said..... if its $5 or $5 million if you like it, you like it, if you don't, you don't. I am still trying to be patient then they brought us out another car that wasn't cleaned yet because it just came in. It ended up being a manual Jeep......we just thanked the runner and left...... They are absolutely rediculous. They false advertise online. They waste your time. They don't tell you the price because they base it in what you can afford. That's what one of the employees told me with all my questioning. That's why Mindy wanted me to be quiet and not ask questions. She was affraid I would ask the right ones that would inform my young brother of the car dealer he was working with......

Got our new Outback here. Straight talk, good price, truly free service afterwards. Best waiting lounge I've seen at a dealership.

If I could I would give this place a 0. Are sales lady Mindy was to worried about two other clients then us. We were also helped by a manager and a runner. We were brought crappie cars with no prices? Their motto was "If its 5 dollars or 5 million if you don't like it you don't like it." Hearing that over and over again was very annoying, and seemed like they had hidden agenda. We left that place in a hurry and went to Kia down the rd. Walked in there met a very nice salesman and told him what we were looking for. He showed us two cars ( with prices) and the fist one I loved. Don't waste your time at Stocker. Go to Kia for better price, no shame in hiding thier prices, and cares about what the whole family has to say.

Friendly and courteous staff. As I do almost all of my own service I have taken issue with some of their methods especially concerning interpretation of the PA state inspection code but without doubt a good place to take your vehicle based on my limited experiences.

I have allot of experience with many dealers from the Chicagoland area to Ohio and here in State College. I am EXTREMELY impressed by the Stocker Group Only one other dealer has made the process of purchasing a vehicle so easy. After purchasing the vehicle there were mechanical issues BUT my sales rep (Steve who I recommend to anyone going to check this place out) stepped up and made sure this issue was swiftly resolved and the car met my standards. I never felt pressured into a certain car and Steve made sure that what worked with my credit/down payment I would really enjoy. This place surprised me with WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please keep in mind when you go to look for a car the person you are working with makes money off the sale . So obviously there will be selling involved. Set those boundaries yourself . If you see Steve I assure you he will take great care of you and get you a car you enjoy and deserve
