This bank is terrible. I will be contacting WGAL and 69 News because the bank charged me eronious charges, and refuses to work with me to rectify the problem. I want the entire susquehanna valley to know how shady "First National Bank" is!

I wish there was a lower star rating I could give. I thought I would give the bank a try after the Metro switch and now I'm regretting I did. There are so many hidden fees for a "Free" checking account it is ridiculous. And when I call to inquire about these fees and why I didn't start getting them sooner, I'm told its a glitch and that I should have read the packet to inform me of the fees. The people who work for the bank also have no clue what they are doing and apparently never read their packet! I spent a month waiting for checks and a new debit card, I was told were ordered for me. I called the bank after two weeks and was told the person who was ordering them didn't know what they were doing and never placed the order so I needed to call customer service. After spending 30 minutes waiting to speak to customer service I was told the bank didn't know what they doing and asked why I was told to call customer service. My husband and I will be switching banks immediately. Save yourself the hassle and please, bank ANYWHERE else!

- ⭐-⭐-⭐I thought when metro took over it was a horrible experience. Wow ,was I wrong FNB is the worst . Changing hours from 830-8 to 830-5. I feel a lot of the customers that came from comerence and hung in with metro did so because they had working people hours. 7 days a week open late. Now in order to even cash my pay checks I have to leave work early. And 9times out of ten I don't make it back from Philadelphia by 7 on a Friday. Your new fees and hold periods are redickless. Yes they are similar to other banks but if we wanted to deal with shady banks we wouldn't of been with metro. Not to mention how RUDE and unpleasant your CUSTOMER SERVICE people are. When FNB came in they cleaned house and replaced skilled trained employees with the rudest people they could possibly find. Hello, how are you today how may I be of service to you today. How hard is that. One person at the window and 4 lanes open . What kind of bank doesn't even have deposit slips. With all the new fees maybe you should take some of that money to purchase withdraw, deposit slips and customer service training. If my payroll check wasn't from this bank I would just close this account and stick with my Wells Fargo account. Your employees don't even know how to handle cashing checks that are written from your bank. And it is not your employees fault it is the fault of the company who doesn't know how to train their employees on how to do there jobs. Common Sense isn't all that common. Closed at 5 on a Thursday. What a joke. Thursday should be 7 ,Fridays should be 8 , Saturday should be 4. If you are not going to be opened on Sundays anymore. So, if you have 30-40 minutes to wast between 8:30-5 this is your bank ,that is once you are done explaining to the person who is waiting on you how to do there job. If they even bother greeting you and asking you how they may help you. Hopefully they will be bought out soon.

Completely rude tellers. Policies and incentives are becoming oberwhelmingly appalling and make me regret ever signing on. It has legit turned into the getto bank for the desperate and dumb.
