MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BANK HAS BEEN ALL JUST A BANK THAT HAS SO MUCH PROBLEMS ONLINE BANKING EVERY WEEKEND THEY CLAIM i forgot my info to get in the acct.and it is far from the problem the system is the problem and I REALLY DONT THINK THIS REASON SHOULD HAPPEN SO OFTEN THAT i have to change my password because of the system and it always happens after hours on weekends when I THINK MOST PEOPLE HAVE TIME TO PAY THEIR BUILLS ETC. BUT THEU DONT FORGET TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCT DO THEY .AND i have been putting in complaints since MAY 2014 AT THE davis ST .im not rich but my husband and I COULD BE PUTTING OVER 5000,00BMONTHLY BUT BC OF ALOTNOFNTHESE ISSUES WE DO NOT.

For the love of God, never ever depend on the FCU VISA debit card while traveling internationally, no matter how they reassure you it will work. And be prepared for 20+ times a year you can't access your account because their website and/or ATMs are down. They are great for the online billpay, you just can't rely on them at all for your primary account.
