I am new in the rehabbing business having started about 18 months ago. I was referred to Rehab Financial Group (RFG) by a business acquaintance and my first conversation confirmed that I was in the right place. Early in that first discussion, Susan, who I believe is one of the owners, mentioned that "relationship with their borrowers" is of primary importance to everyone at RFG. This clicked with me because I know how important it is to build relationships with business clients and customers and that is what I was looking for. My experience with RFG personnel since that initial conversation has confirmed and what Susan said. Over the last 14 months I have borrowed from RFG to purchase and rehab three houses, and RFG has been terrific. Here are some of the specific reasons I say this: (1) all my questions get answered promptly and thoroughly, (2) someone always answers the phone and my emails get responses usually with an hour of sending them, (3) RFG provides me with proof of funds letters within 30 minutes of my request, (4) RFG has rules and guidelines that borrowers must follow, but they are flexible and have "gone the extra mile" to accommodate several of my out-of-the-box requests, (5) they are professional, courteous, encouraging and really enjoyable to work with. In summary, I feel they are working to help me become successful because their success is based on my success. I have truly enjoyed working with them.
