Freedom United Federal CU in Rochester, PA

Absolute worst customer service. who can't be bothered & are down right rude & nasty, just for asking simple questions about accounts.

First, let me quote from the Freedom UFCU's website --- "Freedom United FCU is a member-owned and operated financial organization. Each member is an OWNER, SAVER, and a potential BORROWER. Freedom United FCU is a non-profit financial organization formed under the concept of “People Helping People.”" My own experience and those of others whose reviews I read, obviously indicate that the only people being helped by this Credit Union is THEMSELVES. Can I rate them ZERO stars? Not only have I found some of their practices illicit, but the demeanor and candor of their workers has always been short, impersonal, unhelpful and unsympathetic. They convey a message that one should feel privileged to be a member. Nay! They've got it backwards. They should be grateful for their member's trust and business. Believe me, if you are looking for a friendly and GENUINELY helpful company for your banking needs, this is NOT the place. Take your business elsewhere and you will be much happier for it.

this company and workers our crooks a friend of mine. has a loan with them. now my friends payment was due on a federal holiday. on m l king day. the women in the office never inform my friend. we will be closed or where the drop off box for there payment was .. so this company they charged my friend with a $24.00 dollar late fee.. to occur each day. until the account was made current . this branch and company need to be reported to the government who over sees company's like this that hide the fine print or misinform customers to rob them of there money stay away from this freedom untied federal credit union
