I started banking with Commerce. Then they switched to Metro. Now they switched to First National Bank. I've never had any problems until now! They are horrible!! I closed all my accounts and switched to Member's 1st.

Was a member of Metro Bank. When the switch originally happened, I had decided to stay. After discovering the new policies and how ridiculous they are, I will be closing my account. Could go on to list dozens of reasons as to why you should not use this bank. Horrible customer service. Want to deposit a work check on Saturday? Don't expect it available until Tuesday, as for some reason it counts as Monday to them. Metro should have never sold out to FNB. FIND A BETTER BANK.

I would like to say that my experience at the Cape Horn location was very unsatitsfactory. The customer service was horrible for us, with the exception of Keith. My girlfriend is non confrontational and was in three times about the same problem and this time she came home crying. So we took our family in there to get some answers from them for what they did. I'm not getting into details. All we wanted was an explanation on paper or on their computer for what they did. Of course the Manager was no longer there, so Keith tried his best to help us. Then he brought in the assistant manager that we felt had the intellect of a 2 year old. All she kept saying is "we will look into it and get back to you!" I'm an assistant manager in customer service work also and what she was really saying was "Go away because you are causing a seen and I hope you don't remember to come back!" So we finally ended up leaving because it was our kids nap time. We left, with them give us no explanation for why they did what they did. I bet the next time we go in there, they still won't have any answers for us. Oh and trust me we are going back in to talk to the manager and we will get some answers. To Keith, thanks for trying your best to do what is right and we do feel sorry that you have to work under such a poor management team. You deserve better, thanks again.

Loved Commerce and Metro Bank... FNB has too many fees and policies. Moving to another bank.
