Worst customer service ever, not only do they never answer there phones but when they do they just put you back on hold until you get disconnected.

I signed my son for an account, and they told him to sign up for electronic banking. So he did and now his account is negative almost 100$, because not only did he do the electronic banking, but he is also being charged 6.95 for a paper statement, but also being charged 12.00$ every 3 business days he doesn't add to his account. I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

I signed up for ebanking still taking money out of my account revered the charges never followed thru now have negative balance due to charging me for paper statements. One gentleman that works there is rude phone lines always down, and i dont have the time to visit the bank all the time
