Two weeks ago my 2000 Chevy Malibu was having problems, and I decided it was time to get a new (to me) car. The process with UCW was easy, Dan was very thorough and did absolutely everything in his power to make sure I left with my 2011 Jeep. He took great care to insure my satisfaction and was just wonderful. He really helped me out and I am very grateful!

Just bought our second vehicle from Used Car World. Dan is hilarious and brutally honest. You never know what you are going to get with a used car, but they stand by their customers. Dan worked magic to finance our first purchase, our second was much easier due to our hard work on our credit. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Was sold to me with an expired inspection. Warped rotors as well as 1 quart of oil!!! Drove it home , got 5 miles from the house and the oil pressure gauge hit 0 lbs as I pulled into 711. Engine smoked oil ever since Paid $8000.00 For this heap. Drove it exactly 12,000 miles and the engine lost #3 cylinder. Traded it in for a cool $700.00. Just a year later. These are auction fresh. Or laid in the back of a dealer's lot not even worth the time of going to auction. Funny part was finance was done for 4 years!!!! Least I was smart enough to pay it off in 3 months! Only comp I received was $100.00! Because they were to lazy to check the oil!!!!!! So many other lots on 51! Unless you like pissing away thousands of dollars see someone else!!!

Got a caddilac delt with bob. His a very honest guy. He will tell you everything about the car. Ill say id buy again from them..

Applied online for financing, they never called back because of the prefix of my telephone number. As he was trying to shove a meatball hoagie down his throat, he was trying to explain the inventory that wasn't available. The website doesn't reflect current inventory. Save yourself sometime and don't apply online. The customer service is awful by phone and couldn't imagine what it's like in person. If you find them on Craigslist, leave them there people.
