If you are buying a car and the dealer recommends this to be the lowest rate, do yourself a favor and spend the extra 3 dollars a month and go with another bank. I have no clue how this is a financial institution... Getting in touch with someone is next to impossible - no matter when you call, you will get a recording "all of our customer service agents are assisting other members, please leave a message or email". If you are lucky, you will get a call back and it won't be for at least a day. I don't even want to begin with the "internet banking". I get locked out because it doesn't "recognize my computer", even after all of the questions are answered correctly... Meanwhile, I always use the same computer.

Horrible, I finally get deposits five days after companies drop funds to credit union. ....worst bank ever, never recommend

I've been using this service for a year without trouble. Except for the online banking sucks. Pnc gave me way more trouble.
