My real estate agent Gloria was great and would have given her 5 stars. Their mortgages services are borderline amateur. During the process they badger you for information which is OK because there is a lot to do in a month. The problem is that they asked me for the same information twice on several occasions. They asked me for information that I told them I could not get until 5 days before I closed because that was when I was selling my previous home. Additionally, I had a flood in my basement 2 weeks after moving in and the insurance check required a howard hanna mortgages signature. It took them two weeks to tell me what I needed to provide them and then when I did provide that info to them, they changed their mind. During that 2 weeks, i told them that I had a flood and I wanted to get it resolved ASAP to avoid living in mold and that did not seem to matter to them. All they seemed to care about was following their protocol which they seemed not to have. It was a check for $4500 not $50000. Well, by the time they signed the check and my contractor started, the mold spread throughout the condo. Thanks Howard Hanna, I hope your audits go smoothly at least.
