Perfect from beginning to end. Most mortgage companies assign you a loan officer that drops the ball, but with Federated, it felt like a white glove service. My questions are always answered in minutes, not days. Paperwork and documentation is asked for ahead of time so that there are no surprises. The entire process went so smoothly that I recommend them to all of my colleagues. When working with a mortgage company, you want to look for someone that is thorough and detail oriented. It's a fast, nerve wrecking process getting a mortgage, but with the hand holding and speedy process Federated provides, it made this process the easiest part of buying my home.
