Viriva Community Credit Union in Philadelphia, PA

I tried to become a member and was told I qualified over the phone. I wasted an hour driving to the branch, only to be told I could not join because my business partner had to be eligible, too. There was no mention of this until I had driven and taken time out of my schedule to get to the branch. I had all my documentation in hand. I tried calling the women I spoke too and after being on hold for 15 minutes (I was never transferred) another lady picked up and transferred me to who I was originally speaking too. After all that, I went to voice mail! I wasted 1 hour and still do not have no answers or can get anyone on the phone. I'm going else where. Viriva stands for truth, direction, and life. Nothing I was told was true, I was given no direction and I will never enter a Viriva branch in life!
