I don't know why my parents still do banking with USFCU. Experience is absolutely horrible. I tried to get car loan there and the processing was absolutely horrible, they approach it as a house mortgage, it took weeks of going back and forth, constant request for more paperwork.Bunch of conditions. After conditions were met they would come up with some other BS until I got tired and applied for a loan with a normal bank and received my approval and was able to drive my car same day.Now, after I swore myself to never step my foot there and convinced my family to close their account and use better financial institution, I've decided to give them another chance with home mortgage. Being a real estate agent I do not believe that they have updated their standards from back in the days before economy crashed. Their programs are outrageous, no wonder I didn't have one buyer with pre-approval from Ukrainian bank...Now they wasted my time again and as always I will get the pre-approval and mortgage else where, but rest assure this is the last time I went to them, so as my family.
