Poor customer service

I'm less than thrilled with the service there, it's not so much the employees but just the way it runs, I would not recommend them. I went there off a friend's recommendation, he isn't happy either. Last Saturday the system, app and card services didn't work for a few hours, of course it was when I went to pick up food and didn't have cash. Also (very unimportant but disappointing) if your not doing fresh baked cookies don't bother, the prepackaged cookies make you look cheap.

It's a great bank offering a nice interest rate on you *checking* account! All ATM fees (up to $600/yr) are refunded monthly so you don't have to worry about finding the right ATM when out anymore. Downside is that you can only deposit money at the teller or via mail, not through the ATMs. And they don't offer some services bigger banks do like medallion certification which I needed once.
