This is the WORST branch. I do a lot of banking at Citizens and ALWAYS at the waterworks branch. When they closed for renervatioms I started coming here and they have the worst customer service. They are rude and most of them can not count. Plus the parking is a nightmare, you would think for such a popular branch they would do a better job. If the waterworks location wasn't so personable and treated me so well I would pull every cent and investment I had this with poor excuse for a bank here across the bridge. Do not ever go to this branch.
