Poor customer service. Placed on hold for over 20 minutes with north Versailles branch. Very poor management. Unaccomadating to customers of fifth third. Run far away from this bank. Turned into BBB also

Very poor customer service plus they can't ever tell you what's going with the banking when there are issues. I was told they'd call me back and I never received a phone call, letter via mail, nor even an email to let me know about the issue at hand. When I called myself they told me the manager wasn't available and there was nothing they could do. I am in the process of switching banks.
