I have never been treated so poorly by any business that I have dealt with. Clearly, their goal is not who you are, but what you are worth. After my divorce, the manager all but shunned me. Well, although the manager, staff, & the credit union itself still are in possession of some of my cash, they are so obviously & completely rude to me there, that I will wait until the current staff records to retrieve it. I can be treated like a 3rd class citizen anywhere. Thanks for your lack of support for all of your members who aren't rich due to underhanded business dealings. At least I can lay my head on my pillow at night with no regrets.

For two months they did not send statements. Neither was I able to access my account online due to complications with their web site. Owing to this my account became overdrawn for the first and only time in 20 years of doing business with them. For a lousy $20 overdraft they fined $30 and refused to forgive it.

I have been a member of the credit union for as long as I can remember. My immediate family members use them as well. I have always found the employees to be warm, welcoming, and always helpful, I also like the more personal service rather than feeling like a number at a bank. Keep up the good work!

Been a member for over 10 years. We are extremely satisfied with their services. All the staff go out of their way to help you. They are extremely helpful when we do go to the bank since we have direct deposit, they all know us and great us by our names.
