Do business with a bank that knows you. This one isn't it. My mother did business with them for decades. After her death, Dollar Bank insisted upon a short certificate to transfer her CD to my father as designated in mother's will. Their corporate procedures prevented a local manager from making a consumer friendly decision. A lawyer was necessary to avoid having an 88 year old man go to the court house and deal with the process. After legal fees, the loss on the deposit was worse than a stock in a market crash. In comparison, three other financial institutions in the same community honored the will and directives stated in it.

Love this branch. So helpful when my account was compromised. They calmed me down and did everything to help me. So grateful. Thank you.
