M&T Bank in Middletown, PA

DO NOT! I repeat do not try and get a house mortgage through this bank specifically this branch and mortgage broker. We were suppose to close on April 29th 2011 and ended up being pushed back till May 13th 2011 becasue of paperwork that the broker at the bank should have had done a month ago like proof of employment even though we were already approved and finalzed for our house loan. I mean how messed up is that and then they wanted us to pay a $500.00 fee to push it back just because they didnt have all of the paperwork together and done like they should have. This broker was competeley incompete in doing his job and i want to warn all who are thinking about doing business with these people.
