Very poor infrastructure in the way their online banking works. I was not explained fees correctly up front and have subsequently been dinged several times with fees that have been un-warranted. If you looking for a bank that values a good customer, look elsewhere...

The actual branch is fantastic if you can get there before they close. Their hours are terrible and once they close, there's literally no way of getting in contact with anybody. Their online 800 number reroutes to their local branches and if they're not open, you're not speaking to anybody at all.

I deposited $1000 CASH into the ATM before noon on Thurs. I logged into my account on Fri & noted that they only credited me $250. I called the 1-800 & after being on hold for 30 mins I was told that they are a "small bank without automation" & therefore the funds needed to be manually counted & the rest of my funds wouldn't be available for 2 business days...or in my case, Monday! I understand this being the case for second party checks but cash???? Ridiculous!!!!
