As Wayne states they don't have customer best interest in mind. Customer service just as bad. Took my son in to start a bank account, when it was our turn, suddenly some other customer walks in who they obviously knew because they were fawning over him, they tell us to hold on something came up. We sat back down to wait, after 15 more minutes went by we walked out pissed. They never even noticed , too busy laughing and joking with their more important customer.

As customer, I was never late on mortgage payment for last 9 years, yet these guys rejects my refinancing at a lower interest rate because its will save me money. Did not even have the courtesy to call or email me regarding the rejection. Believe me, when you do business with this bank, they don't have your best interest in mind.

In total agreement with previous posters. Worked for the company for 18 months. They treat their employees like garbage yet expect 1000% from them. Lots of favoritism in this branch. Employees and the customers come last. The almighty dollar reigns.
