Wells Fargo Bank in Levittown, PA

Drive thru ATM stole my money on November 6. It thought one of my bills was an envelope. I called to report the problem and was told I would receive a call back in 5 days from a researcher and given a claim number. Still havent gotten my phone call or money back I called today and was transferred 3x and then sent to claims dept then the researchers dept just to be put on hold for 40mins before i hung up I want to close my accounts as this is an inconvience and horrible customer service. If your gonna make a deposit, do it with a live teller and not the ATM unless u dont mind being without that money for a few weeks
