This bank used to be amazing. The staff at one point was friendly and knew your name. Now not so much. I actually get excited when I see Debbie or the old crew. They were amazing. And why are the bathrooms always locked. It's not right that I can never use the bathroom here especially on the weekends. I waited over 20 mins just to deposit money and checks. The line was threw the door. I don't use the ATM cause it's old school and does not count out your money or send you a picture of your checks for record. You have to put it in an envelope and pray that the person counting it out the next day is honest. Not for me. I like my money counted in front of me and a slip telling me I deposited sAid money. My time with this place is done, I'm just using up my old checks and after 10 years with them I'm gone. New building did nothing but mask a sinking ship. Everything is new and you guys still have that crappy envelope swallowing ATM. Smh.
