First National Bank in Lemoyne, PA

This was the most horrible experience I had with a bank. The one customer service representative had a repulsive look on her face like she hated her job. The co-workers disrespect new tellers, there are foreign people who work in the drive through that you cannot understand. First national bank in lemoyne needs an attitude adjustment, maybe just even need to replace every worker in that building.

Very Disappointing experience. Online banking and ATM was hardly ever up and running. Was given misinformation about my account; had closed it, and was promised my money would be mailed to me when available. This did not happen, and my account still shows open on online banking. I later incured charges. Horrific experience for a customer, who like many work for a living, only to see their money disappear for frivolous technicalities that are unseen at any other bank.

Usually nice people at trindle office. I did have a horrible experience where the male banker saw I was overdrawn that day whil I was sitting at his desk. He knew I was going to be gone from work for the next week. We finished filling info out for my original business there and let me go on my merry way. During waiting time for my new card I didn't not use this account but rather another account I have direct deposit for my other job through. Moral of the story I return for work trip with almost $70 in charges from that day in he bank meeting him until I returned. He chose money for his bank against his customers money. I could have paid $12 and bought account posistive and been eternally grateful and loyal to that bank for their kind gesture. Now I keep most money in another bank and deal with this bank for my direct deposit on my first job. As soon as I get paid I take it all out in cash. No more trust for First Natioal for this customer.
