I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Michael and Jill Kohler from Net Equity Financial Mortgage and real estate for both the sale of my former home in Fairless Hills and the purchase and financing of my new home in Holland Pa. Both Mike and Jill Kohler were both extremely responsive to my calls, concerns and questions as we worked through these transactions. They kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process. There are a lot of steps to selling buying and financing a home and I'm extremely happy with the services they provided. I know they had my best interests in mind as they negotiated settlement dates, staged my home for sale, shopped mortgage terms, and a whole bunch of other things including finding and getting me settled into my new home which we love. They even helped us with our yard sale and our moving accommodations. In short, I can't say enough about the personal service they provided and I am happy to highly recommend them to my friends. I was a first time home buyer and didn't know much about the whole process in detail. It's a big investment with a lot of information to process. Jill Kohler made it as easy as possible to complete the whole process. From finding a house, doing all the paperwork, and making sure everything is done the correct way. She gives her personal opinion which I personally thought was great. She felt like a family member. 7 months later I had a question and called her and without hesitation she assisted me and helped me out. I would recommend her to anyone. She's awesome
