Mortgage Craft in Lancaster, PA

Mr. Tom Bayles from Mortgage Craft is the best in Lancaster. My wife and I recently purchased our first home. Mr. Bayles and his team were right there with us each step of the way. He explained stuff in a very understandable way and was excellent to work with. He helped us through a little hiccup along the way, and got it all smoothed out for us. He also worked closely with our realtor to get us through the process as seamlessly as possible. I would recommend Mr. Bayles and Mortgage Craft to anyone.

Very easy to talk with. I worked with Tom. My wife and I are in the beginning stages of buying our first house. I called him to just see what a broker could do for us as well as what our options were. He spoke with me for over 30 minutes until all my questions were answered and we decided to set up an appointment the very next morning. He was open, honest, educated and professional. What I recommend most is that he did not once push for us to buy with him. He had no sales pressure or obligation whatsoever. He sat down with us, looked at our current standing and recommended a 6 month course of action to make our future the best it could be. No pressure, very nice guy. Highly recommended.
