I spoke with Andrew a couple times by phone before I visited the store in Jenkintown, where I met Andrew and Jon in person. Jon is extremely knowledgeable and was very diligent in reviewing the large amount of coins I brought in from my late father's personal effects. He explained to me what he was looking for, what he thought was valuable, what he thought would be best served by him and what I should do with those items he didn't have an interest in. I found the store to be very clean, tidy and well organized, great parking, great attitude, and I was extremely happy with my transaction at Edelman's. I highly recommend them to anyone who is willing to take a little time and deal honestly with them, as I strongly feel they did with me. Thank you for a great experience!

Went to the store with a 2015 gold American Eagle. Store owner treated and questioned me like I was criminal. Offered me $50below spot! I am a black PhD in science. Would not go back.

Went here on Saturday with some old jewelry and was very pleased with the customer service. I called ahead before i came to the store and the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone was professional and had a lot of knowledge of my product. I feel like i got top dollar on what I was selling. Will definitely come back again.

I stop in almost every pay day to purchase some silver rounds or coins. Prices are reasonable. I could do a little better buying online, but I enjoy looking around the shop, and interacting with the other customers and employees. I have always been welcomed into the shop with a pleasant greeting and offered assistance immediately upon entering the shop. When buying and selling gold and silver I try not to get to emotional. If I do not like the price of something that I am buying or selling, and I can not negotiate a better deal, I simply say thanks for your time, and walk away. I have nothing negative to say about this business or its owners.
