First National Bank in Hummelstown, PA

Metro was the Best! FNB charges $2.50 in addition to a mac service fee charged by any other Mac machine used. this is just wrong! There are 3 to 4 employees at the counter and 2 of them are completely ignoring the customer as they do other work...waiting time inside or outside is too long! Hours of operation are not good... Not happy with FNB....I want Metro Bank back!

Just called about new bank cards to replace Metro. First it was by the end of May, then by the end of August. No bank cards. Now it is end of October. As soon as new bank is built in our area, we are switching. Also wait time for drive thru lines and inside lines too long. Sat in line for about 25 minutes. Called and complained. Only had one person working inside and one person outside. This is ridiculous for any time but especially on a Friday

Money from my account is always missing. Im hit with late fees for things they are doing. The hours suck. I miss metro for sure. Definitely looking into opening a new bank.

Inconvenient hours, fees for everything, no more coin counter, unprofessional staff which is also under staffed. Push online banking as their best feature which every bank has and it doesn't work half the time. Just an awful bank. Very disappointed Metro was bought out by them

Avoid this bank at all costs. They will literally rob you and take money from your account. Keep a close eye on your spending and the amount of money in your account and you will see what I mean. This bank was so much nicer when it was Metro but ever since this company took over the employees are rude and the company doesn't care about the customers and just wants to make money off of you. I had a situation when I got double charged over withdrawal fee of $74! And it had to do with their banking system because my check did go through and they said there was nothing they could do. Please avoid this bank of a disgusting company.
