TD Bank in Hatfield, PA

Do not have an account with them yet, so my experience at this particular branch wasn't as helpful. Needed a large quantity of change for my work & they were able to help me out on a partial order, the other half I needed an account. So I had berceuse off to an other branch.

Horrible branch, wasted my time and money on a refinance opportunity. They were so willing to agree they could help finance our addition and our house for a great rate. When it came down to the last week of the month, all sudden terms were changed. Wasted $400 for a house appraisal (costs $200 elsewhere). And I had to pay $200 for a credit report, all of these are non refundable. I highly recommend going to a differenr bank. Do not waste your time or money wit this bank. The bank was so urgent on talking and taking my money, but when it came down to working with us, they had the attitude that they truly did not care...
