Great customer service. All of the staff work together to get people with bad credit into cars. Great follow up. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Poor Customer Service don't know how to talk to their customers they will get you into a car but soon as the deal is over its over for you I will never buy another car from them

Stars loans hooked me up! Great customer service. For someone who has bad credit they really worked with me to help ensure that I left the lot with a car. I got not just a car. I have a brand new car fully loaded. They helped me find car insurance as well. This is truly a one stop shop. Star loans really made my dreams come true.

Profoundly disappointed....Salesman (one of the two Mike's) informed me that they don't show cars until AFTER I agree to make a down payment... Sure, make a down payment on a car I have never seen...Hell no. My credit isn't the best but my brain works just fine.. Rude, nasty and discourteous staff....There are zillions of options for car buyers at all income levels in the Philadelphia region. Nobody has to put up with Donald Trump attitude...Wouldn't waste my time again on these intemperate troglodytes posing as salesmen.

The staff have great customer service skills in the beginning,but they weren't fully knowledgeable when it came to getting car warranties or insurance. If it's your first time financing or leasing a car, please do your research or bring someone with you that is fully aware of this information. They claimed they would take good care of me , absolutely not. There not trustworthy at all. The vehicle was making noise the following month after I recently purchased. I only had a 30 day warranty, the factory warranty is up. They never explained this information to me. They gave me the run around about taking my car to the shop, to get a diagnostic check. The only great outcome that came out of this experience is the rate I pay each month for my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place for a first time buyer, leasing or finance.
