Wonderful people to deal with, and still even moving from my bank up north it had the small shop atmosphere where they know my name already, and I've only visited a few times.

Too many bank errors made to our account with resistance from the bank to fix them. Fees are much higher then other local banks. There are not enough tellers to assist the customers so wait times are long. Managers are consistently unavailable.
