Peruzzi Nissan in Fairless Hills, PA

I have purchased 7 vehicles from Peruzzi Nissan. I consider the sales manager Bob Seidenberger to be my friend at this point and not just my car salesman. I travel over 35,000 miles a year for work and Bob and his crew have always been able to get me the best deals on my leases. Because I travel so much I need service more than most. I have ALL my service work (oil changes, tire rotations, etc) doe at Peruzzi as well. I usually need to wait and they always get me in and out quickly. I have gone to other dealerships from time to time over the years just to see what deals they may have but I always come back to Peruzzi because there is no doubt in my mind I am always getting the best possible deal given my situation vs anywhere else. I feel like I am part of the Peruzzi Nissan family. I stop in just to see the boys from time to time without even needing anything. Without a doubt, they are the best around....

Peruzzi Nissan makes purchasing, or leasing a vehicle a pleasant experience. Best and most reliable service department! Friendliest people! Clean waiting room! Always fast and thorough service! Would never think of going anywhere else to buy, lease or service my vehicle! I highly recommend Peruzzi Nissan!!!

I give 5 stars to my salesmen Art he was awesome and helped us a lot with our purchase. He came in on his day off and spent 7 hours with us. Now for the trade in department........ They were extremely rude and came no where near a fair value for my vehicle, I have not felt so disrespected since I went thru basic training back in 2003. I ended up going down the street and selling my car to a different dealership for 4x what the manager offered me then came back and bought my new car. Overall from the buying aspect from Art and the finance guy I had a great experience 5 stars go to them . But -5 stars for the trade department. Would defiantly go back to purchase a vehicle there but definitely wouldn't trade there.

Even though I own a Mazda which was purchased at Peruzzi Mazda, I choose to come to Nissan because of the great customer service I receive each and every time. From my initial call in and speaking to the person who schedules my service, to the service manager who greets me to get my keys and return my car. My last visit was great, as i pulled into the service section of the lot a i was greeted by an older man in the service area who with a big smile welcomed me and then was met by service manager Drew. He was sure to go over what was expected today, approximately how long it would take, asked if there were any other issues that arose after me making my appointment, and confirmed a number in case they needed to call with questions. It's not often that when a shop gives you a time to pick up your car is it actually ready, but here it always is! My car even was returned back to me cleaner than when I left it, now that great customer service. Something simple like a quick wash makes people come back over and over again!

I have purchased 4 cars from them, 3 new, 1 used. The service has always been good and the staff very helpful. I have had very very few issues with the new cars, several minor recalls only. I did try using there service department and felt the quality and timeliness of the work was good but the price was high. I tend to take my service needs to other places just due to the price. I had considerable problems with the used car however, including having to replace the engine, rear struts and brakes and calipers all around. At the 3 year mark I had invested what I paid for the car in repairs. I am not a car person so if you are like me, I would suggest having any used cars checked out by a mechanic prior to purchase. The finance department was easy to work with and actually got me a better loan deal that I could get from my bank or credit union. Very happy with that aspect of dealing with the.
