Terrible phone service. Never can get ahold of anyone. Called 6 times and left 2 messages and never got a call back. Plus it is 913 am Saturday and their phones are still off. I work 3rd shift and waited up till 9 to call and they cant even turn their phones on when they are supposed to be open.

ECC holds our auto loan. They have been completely impossible to work with in the simple task of setting up an auto-payment. They never answer their phones, refuse to communicate with eachother on what the caller's issue might be, constantly are putting customers on hold or hanging up on them, and refusing to listen to the caller. I have been trying to set up an auto payment for 2 months now. Good luck trying to work with them if you are out of town- they only operate by snail mail and phone calls, which they never return. I deeply wish we had gone elsewhere.

I haven't banked anywhere else since I got out of the Navy in 2007, so I can't compare them to a lot of places in town. However, they have had generally great service. They're able to make debit cards in house which is great in speeding up replacing a lost card. Checks deposited in night drop are immediately available. Their website and mobile app are uncomplicated and to the point, but still comprehensive enough. The tellars and other staff are always friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is some phone services are outsourced and not very helpful or organized. Otherwise, in-person and web business has been stellar.
