This branch is the worst, don't get me wrong I love banking with santander but this branch in particular was terrible. The branch manager, Katrina i think it was, is not knowledgeable at all and couldn't answer a simple question about my credit card. Two male bankers were sitting with customers and she told me i had to wait for them, while she was just standing in the lobby chatting. Worst customer service ever.
