They were very rude to my mother. She was very confused on what to do and no body bothered to help her out. Very poor service here and don't ever come here!

worst bank experience of my life. I opened an account for direct deposit from my job and they gave me the wrong checking account number! My Check was deposited in someone else's account. After bringing this to their attention they were not able to help at all. I went to a different branch and the problem was resolved in minutes. This darby branch has terrible customer service, they give little to no effort in making sure their members are satisfied. Please do not bank here!
