I got my car loan through this bank and they have been completely incompetent. Long story short, I accidentally made an extra car payment and called to cancel automatic payment through my bank account for the following month. After assuring me the payment wouldn't be taken out, they took it out anyway. So I called again to make the same arrangement for the following month, got the name of who I spoke to and called again later that month for my own peace of mind to double check the arrangement had been followed. It wasn't and the payment was again taken out. My next call was to cancel automatic payment deductions from my bank account and let them know they were too incompetent to have access to my bank information and handle simple loan agreements. They told me automatic deductions had been cancelled and I would pay via check or online in the future. Guess what? Checked my account tonight and they still took this month's payment (wasn't due and didn't have permission to do so anymore). So I have a check I have to worry about bouncing and fees from my bank for having to cover the car loan amount. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANY REASON. Consider my misfortune with them as your opportunity to choose another, more competent and professional alternative.
