I had a very poor experience with this bank. I attempted to have the people on an existing account changed (all were present), and was told that I couldn't do that, and had to open a new account (which seemed kind of odd). I opened the new account and then later found out the new account was being charged a monthly fee because direct deposit hadn't been set up yet on the new account. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was give a condescending response. And that really gets to the heart of the issue here. Wells Fargo seems to treat it's customers more as numbers than people. If you want a great bank, just go a few buildings down to Susquehanna Bank. They have great customer service.

This bank sucks, they steal money out of your account without even telling or notifying you, i had 15 dollars left for food and things i needed all week and it was taken from me without any warning.. I was left with no food for the week. And when i went in and asked, all they said was it was fees.. When i opened the account they said as long as i kept a good balance and deposited money atleast twice a month that there would be no fees.. Well that was wrong, luckily i got mobile banking and started keeping track of my account. Over a months time the STOLE over 150 dolllars from me and all i got was.. It was fees.. When opening an account they tell you there is none.. So keep track of your bank accounts and whats in them.. Cus i know for sure they are stealing little amounts of money from you every week.. It adds up to alot after awhile. For no dam reason... DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNY HERE, just go somewhere else.. ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER.. These people suck
