Went to the location in Collegeville to apply for a loan for debt consolidation on January 18th of 2017. My wife and I were told that we would have a response on the credit report within 24 hours. Two days had passed with no response, so I called the location and was told that we would have a response the next day when the manager returned to the office. It is now January 31st and we still haven't heard anything from this company. The Credit Karma app ironically enough showed that our credit had been ran by them within an hour of us leaving their location. We have had no response from the employee that helped us with the application, or the manager that was supposed to call us regarding the report. I would not waste your time or the points on your credit report with the hard check that they do and lack of response from their customer service.
