[Updated]: I had someone from the bank reach out to me that was extremely helpful and got my issues solved. He communicated clearly about everything and did not stop until things were resolved. Previously I had left them a one-star review due to the other agents not really putting in any effort to fix my problem. I still wish they offered the option of accessing loan details online, but you have to sign up for a checking account in order to do that. Otherwise I would have left 5 stars.
