One of the worst banks I've ever dealt with, opened a checking account after they littered my mailbox with post cards advertising get $200.00 when you open a new checking account, yah sure what a scam !!! Made 6 deposits as well as debt card transactions and still no $200.00 called the branch due to a card issue and these rude donkeys tell me " Well have to call you back tomorrow we are busy and have other customers to help " REALLY !!! What I'm not important I'm a customer !!! Ontop of that to get a new debt card they want to charge you $25.00 REALLY Wells Fargo don't charge anything for a new card !!! That's fine I'm done I'm taking my money to Wells Fargo where I have an account already. Horrible customer service RUDE arrogant donkeys that don't care about there custmors what a lousy bank , take your citizen slogan and stick it in your pie hole !!!!
