The Best Bank ever !!! Superior Customer Service . I don't know how they remember me but they know my name every time I visit the branch. An exceptional CS Rep named Martha generally is the first one to greet and help me. The Chester Office also provides exceptional service. Thank You Sincerely, Faith Montella

95% of the time, 95% of the bank tellers (there's always that ONE bad apple!) are very polite, provide prompt and accurate service and / or direction (they are quite knowledgeable about all of the many different services that the bank provides which enables them to efficiently provide those services, or accurately direct you to them), and are VERY customer service oriented. I have finally found a bank that I don't absolutely DREAD having to patronize! I have never been quite comfortable with, nor been much of a believer in, "big" banks. However the employees there at the Brookhaven branch are always consummately professional, thus making me feel as comfortable as I could possibly be. As cliché as this may sound, when I leave the bank I am confident that my money is safe & in good hands. The only way it could be better is if they gave away money for free! Needless to say, if you are looking for a new Bank, either for personal use, or for a business operating account, (as I do) this would be a great place to start! A few other cool things that TD has is a really fast, and easy to use, online banking system, and I like how I can take my loose change from my cup holders, ashtrays, and piggy banks and have it counted and converted to paper money or get it deposited right into my account. All around I am very pleased with the Brookhaven TD Bank, they really do an excellent job at making a "big" bank seem like a small, customer friendly bank. Hope this helps!
