Ashley is the best. I am not a frequent bank goer since I do most of my banking online and have direct deposit. Today when I went through the drive thru, Ashley not only addressed me by name( Before giving her any banking) and also asked about my dog whom I didn't bring today. She also included a biscuit for my puppy since he wasn't wish me. That's what I call customer service and it brighten my whole day.

While everyone there is nice I totally dislike the way the teller counter is set up. You put your money or checks up on the counter about 4 1/2 feet high where everyone in the bank can see. There is nothing private or personal about it. If its for the tellers safety fine but what about mine when you hand me a pile of cash so everyone in the bank can see. Crappy design cant stand going in there which is to often because of the atm being broken . So I gotta go elsewhere and be charged $3.00 from another bank plus be charged from Wells Fargo $3.00. They do reimburse their three but what about the other $3.00 from the other bank . They say go to another wells fargo bank well that's in Pottstown. To far away . Looking for another bank .
