Never ever take a car loan from Wells Fargo. I had an terrible experience with their operations. They don't have proper people to run the payment process or nor do their resources have proper procedures to let u know what balance is due etc. Extraordinarily terrible experience with Wells Fargo dealer services. Will never suggest anyone to go with them! Terrible resources!

Wells Fargo dealership is absolutely the worst and I wouldn't reference them to anyone in,My family and I were involved in a car accident in November and we're rear ended at a red light and for over a month the insurance company wanted to total it and I fought to have it fixed. became sick in December and hospitalized and they exercised there rite to accelerate the loan and my full balance was immediately due even after I explained I had Drs notes and everythig else,
