Unexpected circumstances had us search for a vehicle through Carfax. It was a good thing for us that we were lead to Blue Bell Motorcars to purchase our new/used Town & Country mini van. From the initial phone calls with Mitchell and excellent service from our salesman, Stuart and one of the owner/managers, Lee, we were in and out last evening with our new car. We were happy with the offer on our trade and they both were VERY accommodating in attending to all details of the process and definitely went the extra mile to tweak a few details with the car and meet all my husbands requests and expectations. I purchased a 2007 Mazda 3 from Blue Bell Motors. It was was the most painless car buying experience I've had. The staff was very responsive and friendly. There was zero feeling of pressure or pretense that I have experienced at other dealerships. In buying a used car, the next part I was worried about was whether i would find other issues after taking it home. Having the car for 2 months now, i can say their support has been fantastic. There was a small issue with the door handle that was known before i made the purchase, which they promptly replaced. After about a month and a half, i realized that the air conditioning was not working properly. Without hesitation they told me to bring it in, diagnosed a significant problem, and made the repairs free of charge. Driving it home, I noticed that they had tightened up some other very minor issues too (i didn't bother to mention since it's a used car) that the technician must have stumbled across. The warranty was no joke and the staff was as easy to work with as can be. I've already recommended them to a few friends that are looking for a vehicle.
