TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE IT MAY HAVE JUST BEEN THE PERSON I SPOKE TO BUT SHE WAS REPRESENTING THE BANK AND IF THAT'S WHO THEY CHOOSE TO DO THERE BUSINESS IT SAYS ALOT ABOUT THEM.........JUST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER

The people are friendly. However, the excessive amount of fees to keep your money in their bank is ridiculous. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

My debit card gets hijacked and the hijackers spend over $1,000 before I caught it. Shocked the banks own fraud alert algorithm didn't catch it. I call and have the card shut down then I am told I have to wait 10 days for a provisional credit, that any other bank or credit card company would give immediately. That is not a very convenient way to handle customers so the slogan of TD Bank being America's most convenient bank is a sham. Once this mess is sorted out I am closing all of my TD Accounts effective immediately. Avoid at all costs!!!

WORST BANK EVER!! GET OUT NOW! It says " AMERICAS MOST CONVENIENT BANK" nothing convent about it. I checked the store hours and it was open.. I got there and the doors where locked and the ladies just stood there and looked at me. And every time I go in I'm always dealing with someone who has an attitude. i CLOSED MY ACCOUNT! HORRIBLE BANK!
