Based off of a used car loan I received I would say the service is average. They aren't technologically up-to-date so all payments have to be mailed or delivered. I payed off my loan with a check and they told me that they would sit on the check for 20 days to verify it doesn't bounce even though they transfered the funds in a few days. So it's going to be over a month before I get the title in the mail. However, the people are very friendly and easy to speak to.
